Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a temp-to-hire position, offering a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour, weekly pay, and a full benefits package upon permanent hire. Key Responsibilities Handle all incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc. Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to practice proper phone and email etiquette. Previous customer service experience is required, and you should be comfortable sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift. You should also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be comfortable training in Salesforce. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and you should have basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, being able to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
