About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and work from the comfort of their own home. Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns. Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure a positive customer experience. Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments in a timely and efficient manner. Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure accuracy and quality. Provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services and processes. Upsell if required to meet sales targets and promote our products and services. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or equivalent, as well as proven call center experience. You should also have entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up a home Wi-Fi network, set up and configure a router or switch, and have core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer. A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required, and you must be 18 years of age or older. Additionally, you should be able to type at least 25 words per minute and be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems. Preferred Qualifications Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively is also required. Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements: Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms, and internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN. Proof of Internet Speed: You will need to provide proof of your internet speed to ensure that it meets our requirements.
