The Opportunity We are seeking experienced and dynamic Customer Service Representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, problem-solving, and de-escalating unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume. You will work from the comfort of your own home, personalizing the experience for each caller, and providing exceptional support to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, responding to questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Personalize the experience for each caller, providing empathetic and tailored support to ensure customer satisfaction Answer incoming calls, confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data Opportunity for advancement across the entire arenaflex network, with potential for career growth and development Report to an assigned Supervisor, working a set schedule and structured day Bilingual Specialist opportunity for those fluent in Spanish and English Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and screens. You will be required to learn and work in a virtual environment, communicating with a variety of styles, and troubleshooting your own technical problems (partnering with IT when needed). Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required is also necessary, and you must reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia. System Requirements Our Work at Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. This includes: Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications High-speed internet connection (Satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted) Mac / Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported Training and Development Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up, followed by orientation and training on Monday for six weeks, Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET. The training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ, and you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team.
