The Opportunity We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of our company, answering inbound customer calls, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will be responsible for problem-solving, de-escalating unique situations, and maintaining a high-paced call volume while delivering personalized experiences for each caller. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: To learn and work in a virtual environment, using our state-of-the-art technology and systems To communicate effectively with a variety of styles, using your excellent verbal and written communication skills To navigate multiple systems and screens, using your technical skills and attention to detail To follow blithequark's computer system requirements, and troubleshoot your own technical problems (with support from our IT team when needed) To be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required, because our customers need us to be available when they need us most To reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia, because we need to ensure that our employees are located in areas with reliable internet connectivity System Requirements As a Work at Home Team Member at blithequark, you will need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. This includes: A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years A headset compatible with blithequark's specifications A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted) Note that Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported Training and Development At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development. Our paid training period is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role. This includes: A comprehensive training program, where you will learn about our products, systems, and processes A supportive and structured training environment, where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn from our experienced trainers A clear training schedule, with regular check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure that you are on track to meet your goals Training Schedule Your blithequark career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday, to complete Tech Set Up. After you connect, orientation and training will begin on Monday, for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ, and you will have the opportunity to discuss your schedule with your Supervisor.
