Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems * Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality * Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction * Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms * Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
