About the Role In this exciting role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, communicating with customers via telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. You'll be working with customers who are looking to change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues, and it's your job to provide solutions and support every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from customers and provide personalized support and solutions Review customer history as necessary to provide context and informed support Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in every interaction Help customers change travel plans, provide or confirm travel itineraries, and process refunds as needed Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) to resolve issues and provide support Document information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate records and follow-up Flexible Scheduling and Remote Work Arrangements At arenaflex, we believe in providing our team members with the flexibility and autonomy they need to thrive. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET, seven days per week, and you'll have the freedom to set your schedule within those hours to accommodate your needs, the needs of your family, and the important events in your life. About You To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess prior customer service experience, strong geographical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred, but not required. You should be a team player with a positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
