As a remote customer service representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative – Remote Support, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing information, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations. Your key responsibilities will include: * Interacting with customers to provide information and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner * Determining the root cause of customer issues and offering solutions or follow-up as needed * Resolving service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills * Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and planned adjustments * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken **Job Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 0-2 years of customer service-related experience, preferably in high call volume environments * Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software * Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information * Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens * Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle complex calls and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Preferred skills: a pharmacy background or bi-lingual candidates who speak Hmong, Spanish, or Mien **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet connection.
