Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison in the Call Center for customer inquiries, focusing on achieving department performance indicators and providing accurate, professional service to customers. Properly identify and elevate concerns that affect customers or arenaflex's ability to serve them, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction. Attend and participate in staff training sessions, surveys, and department meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company policies. Maintain confidentiality at all times, adhering to departmental and organizational confidentiality guidelines and ensuring the security of sensitive customer information. Contribute to meeting departmental performance goals, including average speed of answer, service level, and abandonment rate, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Customer Experience In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, researching and understanding plan information, and documenting relevant details. Your expertise will encompass: Covered benefits and exclusions, including prescription drug coverage Eligibility, enrollment, and disenrollment processes Participating providers and network information Claims payments and processes, including authorization and billing Premium billing and payment options Plan guidelines and policy information Stewardship As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be expected to meet individual Call Center performance standards, participate in special projects as requested, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
