Your key responsibilities will include: Managing a high volume of inbound calls, responding to patient inquiries, and providing assistance with prescription medications Accurately entering eligibility paperwork, prescriptions, refills, and other relevant information into our system Maintaining accurate and complete documentation and system records of all inquiries to continuously improve the customer service experience and mitigate potential legal issues Interpreting program materials to determine enrollment criteria and explaining the necessary requirements to callers or other employees Reporting any allergy, adverse events, or duplicate therapy warnings to the proper group Placing outbound phone calls for clarification on any issues involving program or pharmacy guidelines What You'll Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable you to provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17 - $23 per hour, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
