You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring seamless interactions with our clients. This is a remote part-time position, requiring a flexible schedule and the ability to work independently. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions. * Manage the registration process, guaranteeing that clients have the necessary documentation for travel. * Label and handle baggage, performing lifting tasks that involve moving bags from scales to transport lines, as well as handling items at floor and mid-chest level. * Practice security-conscious behaviors in every functional cycle and procedure. * Assist customers with seat availability, gate declarations, flight status, baggage handling, and check-in processes. * Work with flight attendants to prepare aircraft for departure, lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors. * Practice security-conscious behaviors in every functional cycle and procedure. **Additional Responsibilities as a Stuff Controller/Incline Administrator** * Safely lift, load, dump, and transport baggage, mail, and freight to and from aircraft. * Ensure on-time departures by directing arriving and departing aircraft from gate positions. * Protect baggage, mail, and freight from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely operate ground equipment, such as dollies, belt loaders, and tow farm vehicles, in areas of congestion. * Over and over lift and load items onto trucks, ensuring each bag reaches its destination. * Work baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate baggage handling and tracking. * Practice security-conscious behaviors in every functional cycle and procedure. **Advantages and Benefits** Our culture is built on a shared commitment to living our values – Care, Trustworthiness, Versatility, Worker Initiative, and Cooperation – in all that we do.
