We're seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in a part-time remote position. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a top-tier experience to our customers when they need it most. We'll provide you with the training, tools, and thinking skills to help our customers find solutions that best fit their needs. **Job Description:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will compassionately assist customers with exploring a variety of post-order issues, such as shipping questions, damages, returns, substitutions, delivery services, and order notifications. You will be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with customers who contact us through inbound calls, visits, and messages. Points can range from returns, substitutions, delivery, product availability, order status, and more. **Responsibilities:** * Show Unwavering Commitment: Participation and accountability for being available and on time for your full shift every day is crucial. This ensures we're prepared and available to help our customers when they need us most. For unexpected occasions or issues, we require our agents to be proactive in their communication and planning whenever possible. * Handle a High Volume of Calls: You will handle an expected 50-60 calls per shift. This is a fast-paced environment and highly organized. There is minimal downtime here as you are commonly on consecutive calls during your shift. * Meet Our Superior Performance Bar: You'll strive to exceed customer satisfaction, succeed in gathering customer support productivity metrics, and other obligations as allocated. * Expertly Connect with Customers: You'll require an enthusiasm for people. You'll be the voice of arenaflex and work to build a relationship with customers who contact us through inbound calls, visits, and messages. * Listen Effectively and Show Empathy: You will effectively listen to comprehend customer concerns and utilize internal resources to find the best solution to completely address their concern. * De-Raise Customer Concerns: Most customers contact us because they've had an issue and need your assistance. You will utilize your conflict resolution skills to adjust the needs of the customer with the options from the business while continuously staying calm and composed. * Issue Resolution: Solutions are not a one-size-fits-all approach so customer service representatives do not read from pre-populated scripts. You will be given a degree of independence to assist customers with finding the right solution. You'll have to think logically to resolve customer issues in a first contact resolution approach. * Be Educated and Multitask: You'll have to juggle exploring multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to rapidly and accurately answer questions. The ideal customer service representative will be knowledgeable about computers and can effectively navigate technology consistently, and enjoys learning new software. * Heighten Foundational Issues: Assist us with continuously taking it to the next level.
