This will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and providing clear and concise solutions to their problems Assisting customers with downloading, logging in, and getting started with our software, as well as addressing basic navigation and tax-related questions Providing empathetic and professional support to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively Collaborating with our team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure that customers receive the best possible support Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time Required Experience and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer-Focused Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong desire to understand and meet the needs of our clients Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Time Management and Organization: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet performance metrics Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Essential Qualifications and Preferences In addition to the skills and qualifications listed above, we are looking for individuals who: Are available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the ability to work more hours as needed Have a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions Are able to participate in our certification program and complete the required training within the specified timeframe Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for individuals with a degree in a related field or relevant work experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At TurboTax, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
