You'll be responsible for: * Assisting potential customers with their mortgage needs through outbound calls, cold calling, and scripted conversations * Identifying customer interests and preferences to determine the best course of action * Passing qualified leads to home mortgage consultants for further consultation and guidance * Working in a high-volume contact center environment, making 100-150 calls per day * Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct outbound calls and cold calling to potential mortgage customers to understand their needs and preferences * Engage in scripted conversations to determine customer interest and qualify leads * Pass qualified leads to home mortgage consultants for further consultation and guidance * Work in a high-volume contact center environment, making 100-150 calls per day * Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, call center, and/or customer service * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and outlook * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and phone software **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior call center and/or sales experience * Experience working in a mortgage or financial services industry * Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Career Growth Opportunities** At blithequark, we're committed to developing our team members and providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
