You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide feedback to help us improve our services. Your role will be to: * Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries * Provide excellent customer service through active listening and a customer-centric approach * Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively * Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and solutions-oriented * Appropriately communicate with customers and escalate interactions when necessary * Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Provide feedback on call issues and upsell when required **We're Looking for Fearless People** We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
