About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering a great customer experience and showing empathy towards our customers. You will be responsible for scheduling repair appointments, ordering and receiving parts, and entering data into our company software. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and empathize with the customer Respond to customer emails Schedule in-home service appointments with one of our trained Appliance Repair Technicians Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the appointment time and services needed Order and receive parts to ensure efficient use of company materials Enter data into the company software Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications Exceptional customer service skills Problem-solving skills and critical thinking Efficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Punctuality and reliability Pride in the details and attention to accuracy Preferred Qualifications Previous office experience High school diploma or equivalent Good telephone communication skills Basic computer and data entry skills Benefits and Pay We offer a competitive pay range of $15 to $18 per hour, depending on your experience.
