Your responsibilities will include: * Acting as the primary contact for parent-clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner. * Fostering positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction. * Serving as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions and providing support and consultation via WeChat, email, and phone calls. * Collaborating with our team to develop and implement scalable systems and processes that deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Work Environment:** As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere that suits you best.
