Here are the essential and preferred qualifications: Essential Qualifications: 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) demonstrated through a written assessment. Ability to multi-task, navigate multiple systems, and perform well under pressure. Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and rapid navigation through systems and the internet. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications: A passion for pets and a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Familiarity with customer service software and technology.
