Our team is made up of passionate, driven individuals who share our vision of delivering unparalleled customer service and building a community that's all about pets. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from helping them shop for their new pet to finding the perfect chew toy or problem-solving when something doesn't go as planned. Your key responsibilities will include: * Engaging directly with customers on the phone, using active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to resolve their issues * Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed * Operating with a willingness to learn, sharing feedback, and being open-minded to grow and develop your skills * Collaborating with teammates, your direct Manager, and other team members across the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a customer-centric culture of collaboration **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment * Ability to multi-task, maintaining a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and performing well in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support our customers * Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company * Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit * Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to pass a background check **Technical Requirements** To ensure you have a seamless experience working from home, you'll need: * A large, distraction-free workspace with a computer monitor and webcam * A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed) * A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify * A smartphone or tablet on which the Okta mobile app can be downloaded, or a cell phone that can receive SMS messages and phone calls **Why arenaflex Customer Service?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture that's all about empowering our team members to become their best.
