About the Role In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, engaging directly with our customers who reach out to us for a variety of reasons. As a remote employee, you must be a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to address their queries, concerns, and needs. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically and creatively to provide solutions that exceed their expectations while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the pet care or pharmaceutical industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multi-task, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime as needed. Mandatory background check for KY Rx Tech license. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for making a difference in the lives of pets and their families. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently. Knowledge of pet care, pharmaceuticals, or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments. Previous experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms. Certification in customer service or a related field, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or a Certified Professional in Customer Service (CPCS).
