Job Overview In this role, you will be working remotely from your home in Kentucky, focusing on providing top-notch customer service to our pet pharmacy customers. As a remote employee, you must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. Your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with pharmacy customers to address a variety of topics, primarily through inbound calls and other communication platforms. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, engaging with them in a way that is personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused, all while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Maintain a flexible schedule, being available to work overtime as needed to ensure that our customer service standards are consistently met. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Essential Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, where you've developed strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and think critically. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed, including the possibility of working overtime to meet the demands of our customer service operations. The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license, ensuring that you meet all regulatory requirements for this role. A commitment to being your best, showing up with a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a remote work environment, where you've demonstrated the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Knowledge of pet health and wellness, or a passion for animals, which would be a significant plus in this role. Experience with customer service software and technology, which would facilitate your transition into our systems and processes.
