Key Responsibilities Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to resolve their queries and concerns. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved. Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by providing personalized support and thinking critically to help them. Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Essential Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a strong problem-solving mindset. Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed. Must be able to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license. Committed to being your best self and providing exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Knowledge of pet health and wellness products. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems.
