About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing top-notch support and ensuring a seamless experience. You'll be working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers in our call center, providing timely and effective support. Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a professional and efficient manner. Assist customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling, as well as help service providers with questions or issues regarding work orders and policy questions. Troubleshoot software issues for customers and service providers, utilizing your technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Work collaboratively with the remote team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of their concerns. The ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous, providing a calm and professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions and work efficiently with various applications. A computer and quiet place to work, with a good internet connection. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will set you apart as a strong candidate: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a remote or call center environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
