If you're detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a team environment, this role might be an ideal fit for you. **What You'll Do** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your responsibilities will include: * Completing daily tasks related to account processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers * Coordinating with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure timely processing * Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working on member cases and projects assigned to you * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations * Depositing check returns, reviewing member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure situations * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Ability to self-motivate and take initiative * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous customer/member service experience, banking or Credit Union experience, and Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience are highly desirable. **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate and take initiative * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
