You'll be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handling time standards, treating customers with compassion and respect, and protecting their privacy. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts timely * Be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handling time standards * Treat customers with compassion and respect, and protect their privacy * Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex patient issues * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and account resolutions * Meet or exceed performance standards and financial targets * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field * Previous experience in a healthcare setting * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
