Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their concerns. Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements, staying up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and promotions to provide the best support. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and documenting customer interactions and feedback in our systems for continuous improvement. Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance the customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence in customer service. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred, particularly in a related field such as customer service, communications, or hospitality. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail, ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner, and proficiency in using chat platforms and other customer service software.
