As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and in-person. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and in-person * Identify, research, process, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries and correspondence * Explain to customers a variety of information concerning our services, including contract benefits, changes in coverage, eligibility, claims, arenaflex programs, provider networks, etc. * Answer a diverse and high volume of health insurance-related customer calls and correspondence daily * Meet quality, quantity, and timeliness standards to achieve individual and department performance goals * Document and record facts regarding inquiries and correspondence by updating arenaflex files and system * Demonstrate and maintain current working knowledge of required arenaflex systems, procedures, forms, and manuals * Perform all other duties as assigned **Requirements:** * High School diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of external Customer Service Experience * Intermediate skill in use of office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, scanner, and telephones * Detailed oriented, maintain confidentiality and privacy, and ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software programs * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish * Experience working in the health insurance industry * Knowledge of health insurance products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field **Benefits:** * Starting hourly rate of $18.00 with opportunities for performance-based incentives and bonuses * Additional $1 per hour Bilingual Premium for Phone Specialists who speak Spanish proficiently * 9+ weeks of instructor-led paid, virtual training * Up to 16 days PTO and 11 paid holidays * 8 hours paid Volunteer hours to serve our community * Up to a 12% Annual bonus based on Corporate Goals and Individual Performance * Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage * 401(k) up to 5% dollar per dollar match * Tuition Reimbursement * Employee discounts, Gym Reimbursement, Wellness Programs, incentive bonuses, and more! **Work Environment:** * Remote work environment with flexible scheduling * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our members, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
