Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions in a professional and courteous manner Provide exceptional customer service and sales support experiences, ensuring that each customer feels heard, understood, and empowered Use state-of-the-art contact center software to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers Precisely follow call handling instructions to meet quality assurance standards and ensure consistency in service delivery Handle multimedia customer interactions in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner, including phone, email, and chat support Establish and maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and productive Essential Qualifications Excellent attendance and punctuality, with a strong commitment to working scheduled hours and meeting performance targets Proven customer service and support experience (at least one year preferred), with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers and internal stakeholders Strong computer skills and typing proficiency, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and applications High school diploma or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices Reliable cell phone for VPN connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office setting Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual
