Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Financial Services Support Specialist

About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing inbound and outbound telephone support to our customers and agents. You will be responsible for assisting with a variety of inquiries, including status updates on pending new business applications, policy questions, product information, and service issue resolution. Your expertise and knowledge will be essential in navigating multiple administrative systems and documenting detailed and concise notes on all interactions. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls from agents and customers, assisting with a range of inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of processes and procedures for New Business, Claims, and In-force Back Office, ensuring seamless navigation of multiple administrative systems. Document detailed and concise notes on all interactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with departmental standards. Train and assist Associate Customer Service Representatives, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction. Process and maintain departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by processing progressively more complex transactions and servicing customer requests with a sense of urgency and accuracy. Perform additional tasks as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Associate Customer Service Representative skills, with proficient written and verbal communication skills. Strong multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to use tools and resources effectively. Proactive approach to customer service, anticipating needs and providing personalized support. High school education or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working as an Associate Customer Service Representative or equivalent experience.
