With a strong focus on customer care, we strive to create a positive experience for every patient and family member we interact with. **Job Summary** As a Remote Clinical Support Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinicians. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to remain professional and composed in challenging situations.
