Our remote call center team is the heartbeat of our organization, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries and complaints regarding Toll and bridge accounts using standard scripts and procedures. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, gather information, and communicate options for resolution in a timely manner. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints regarding Toll and bridge accounts using standard scripts and procedures. * Define or resolve inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence. * Gather information, research/resolve inquiries, and log customer calls. * Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner. * Perform customer needs analysis and inform customers of services and resources available to them. * Maintain adherence (attendance, punctuality, use of AUX time). * Assist in the walk-in center, tags department, and Vector system, if needed. * Perform all other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** * The desire to learn and excellent communication skills. * Analytical skills to rapidly review and interpret data. * Desire to help callers via phone interaction. * Keyboard skills with a PC and Windows operating system. * Interpersonal skill to respond in a concise and courteous manner. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote call center environment. * Knowledge of Toll and bridge accounts and related services. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong keyboarding skills with a PC and Windows operating system. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
