As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer calls, resolving issues and providing exceptional service Take messages, record, and relay information on behalf of our clients Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries Navigate appointment scheduling, answer questions, and serve as the front line for our clients Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer experiences Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must: Live in Georgia (remote work opportunities available) Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have excellent communication and customer service skills Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays Have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, private workspace (if working remotely) Be able to connect your computer equipment directly to the router (wi-fi not an option) Essential Qualifications: 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center experience a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote call center environment Knowledge of call center software and technology Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills Experience working in a family-owned business or similar environment What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
