Key Responsibilities: Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support Following up on complicated customer interactions, ensuring that issues are resolved and customers are satisfied Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently, using our state-of-the-art systems and tools Developing rapport with customers, building trust, and creating a positive experience that reflects our brand values Offering solutions, not excuses, and taking ownership of customer issues to ensure that they're resolved quickly and efficiently Essential Qualifications: 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service 1 year of call center experience (preferred), with knowledge of call center software and systems Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required) Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with knowledge of remote work tools and software Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Positive and quick troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
