With a strong commitment to innovation, collaboration, and excellence, we are shaping the future of payments and creating a better world for our customers. **What You'll Do** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via telephone to provide problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards * Receiving and/or placing telephone calls, which may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures * Answering customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, responding where applicable or directing to technical/service areas * Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services * Analyzing customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable * Navigating a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
