You'll be working with a diverse range of clients from various industries, including mortgages, insurance, education, and consumer services. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our clients' customers feel valued, informed, and supported throughout their journey. **Responsibilities:** * Make and take customer phone calls to qualify leads and transfer them to sales representatives * Successfully use scripts to guide conversations and ensure consistency in our messaging * Record information on consumer conversations using arenaflex's systems * Work with different clients and campaigns, adapting to changing requirements and priorities * Provide quality customer experiences, ensuring that our clients' customers feel valued and supported **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Experience working with computers, with a strong understanding of software applications and systems * A quiet workspace that is free from noise or distractions, with a reliable internet connection * Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential * Military sensitivity is a plus, but not required * Must live in Texas **Technical Requirements:** * Hardware Requirements: + Computer Type: Windows-based Desktop or Laptop PC ONLY (Apple/Mac, Tablets, Smart devices, Chromebook, and Android systems are NOT compatible) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Screen Requirements: Minimum required screen resolution is 1366x768.
