About the Role We're seeking a friendly, experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping people and can confidently represent our services to both current and potential clients. As the first point of contact for many of our real estate partners, you will be responsible for texting and speaking with clients, learning and explaining our services, placing orders, and reaching out to new prospects to grow our business. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients via text, phone, and email in a professional, warm, and timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive Understand our full suite of real estate media services and help clients choose the best fit for their needs, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process Schedule and manage media orders on behalf of clients using our booking platform, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce our services and offer shoot opportunities, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, building strong relationships and fostering long-term partnerships Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth and successful service delivery, working together to achieve exceptional results What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 3+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction Sales experience, with confidence in outreach, offering services, and handling basic objections, as well as a strong ability to build rapport with clients and identify new business opportunities Excellent communication and active listening skills, especially over text and phone, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools, with a strong ability to adapt to new technologies and processes A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine love for helping people, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously A strong understanding of the real estate industry, with knowledge of current trends and developments Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Knowledge of real estate media services, including photography, video, drone, and 3D tours Experience working with a booking platform or other scheduling software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly A strong network of contacts in the real estate industry, with the ability to leverage these relationships to drive business growth Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Active listening skills : strong active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs and concerns Problem-solving skills : strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues Time management skills : excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Technical skills : tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
