About the Role arenaflex is currently seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a variety of support, including servicing walk-in customers, answering customer inquiries, providing samples, and completing sales transactions. Your primary objective will be to ensure effective and efficient coordination between arenaflex and its customers, delivering a high level of service and support. Primary Responsibilities Provide customer account management, including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management in a call center environment. Provide customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD (Automated Call Distribution). Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports. Interface with various groups, including internal teams and SSCs, to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery. Respond to customer needs and participate in special projects as required. Experience and Knowledge Required To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED equivalency. 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience. A focus on customer account management is preferred. Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery. Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment. Knowledge of tile and natural stone products. Experience with sales transactions and customer account management. Other company-sponsored benefit programs. The expected base pay rate for this role is between $23.41 per hour and $35.04 per hour, depending on individual experience and qualifications. Additionally, you may be eligible for commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other short-term and long-term incentive packages.
