You'll Do:** * Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact blithequark for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms * Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer, and follow up as needed to resolve issues * Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers **What You'll Need:** * 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pet-related industry * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner * Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution * Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a commitment to meeting customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner * Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license * A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a difference in the lives of pet parents and their pets **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and cross-functional communication * Strong product knowledge and regulatory awareness, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments * Proficiency in technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and other tools and platforms **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a pet-related industry, with a focus on customer service and support * Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including medication management and regulatory requirements * Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP) *
