**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy Team**

You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including: * Completing daily tasks related to check processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers * Coordinating with vendors, the Federal Reserve, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional service * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws **What You'll Do** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Completing data access and balancing tasks * Coordinating with vendors, the Federal Reserve, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional service * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from customers for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations * Depositing check returns, reviewing member back exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming customers for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and customers * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **What You'll Get** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
