**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy Team**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to: * Work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * Enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages creativity, growth, and teamwork * Take advantage of a comprehensive benefits package, including travel perks, health benefits, wellness programs, and more * Contribute to the success of a leading company that values its employees and customers alike **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Completing daily tasks related to check processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers * Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments and following established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws * Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other image-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers * Understanding and staying up-to-date with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations * Depositing check returns, reviewing member draft changes, processing member transactions, verifying contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wire experience * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
