Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive * Resolving customer issues following company guidelines, demonstrating a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and needs * Multitasking across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and focused on delivering results * Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that every interaction with customers, colleagues, and clients is clear, concise, and respectful **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * A desktop or laptop with Windows 11 or higher (no Chromebooks or MacBooks) * A friendly, social personality that shines through in every interaction * Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and grow * Previous call center experience (preferred, but not required) **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial in this role: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach * Proficiency in multiple software applications and systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Compensation & Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: * Hourly pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour * Health benefits after 90 days of employment * PTO for full-time employees (part-time employees will be eligible for PTO after 6 months of service) * 401K with matching contributions **Schedule** Our part-time Customer Service Representative role requires a flexible schedule, with the following hours: * Monday-Friday: 4pm-6pm * Saturdays: 8am-8pm * Weekends and holidays are required, with occasional overtime as needed **Work Environment & Culture** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with access to our state-of-the-art technology and training resources.
