With a strong focus on employee development and career growth, we offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and success. **Core Duties & Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming customer calls and providing detailed information in a timely and professional manner * Notifying customers daily of freight availability and resolving any related issues * Performing data entry tasks for domestic and international bills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Maintaining a driver sign-in log, cash log file, and other essential records in accordance with operations procedures and policy manual * Conducting daily audits on all outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance * Arriving inbound manifests and closing out outbound manifests in the AS400 system * Consistently monitoring email requests and providing detailed information in a timely fashion * Maintaining regular and dependable attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service * Preparing in-bond documentation, accepting containers, and maintaining office cleanliness (for smaller stations only) * Processing dock receipts for export bookings and maintaining spreadsheets (for smaller stations only) * Performing other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * A demonstrated ability to carry out assignments to their completion and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail * The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, and customers, promoting a positive corporate image * A desire for a long-term career with an industry-leading company, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex * Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to perform general administrative duties * The ability to handle heavy workloads and work well under pressure, with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude * Understanding of industry documents, including bills of lading, master air way bills, and TSA forms * A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with the ability to pass basic hazardous materials training **Skills** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * A strong "can-do" attitude with a "will-do" work ethic, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience with AS400 operating systems is a plus, as is transportation industry knowledge and experience * Computer skills, including MS Office/Excel, AS400 functions, and other relevant software applications **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
