As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, helping patients navigate their healthcare journey and ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications. **Job Summary** We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working overnight shifts to provide exceptional service to our patients. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, resolving patient inquiries, and providing empathetic support to those in need.
