As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding customer service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls to provide solutions and support to customers * Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process * Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions to maintain accurate records * Communicating clearly and effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide support * Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions to build trust and rapport * Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy to ensure seamless customer experiences * Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services to provide expert advice and guidance * Creating and updating customer records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality * Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management to drive business growth and success **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients * Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications to manage customer interactions and data entry * Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm to maintain a positive customer experience * Effective multitasking skills to manage conversations while entering data to ensure accuracy and efficiency **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in financial services or customer support can be beneficial in this role. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems can also be an asset in navigating our software tools and systems. **Working Conditions** This position requires sitting and talking for extended periods, and the role operates on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM.
