We are now seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working overnight shifts from the comfort of your own home in Illinois. About the Role In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients who are in need of prescription refills, order status updates, and insurance coverage information. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, will enable you to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from patients in a timely and professional manner, providing them with accurate and helpful information Resolve patient inquiries and concerns on the first call, whenever possible, to ensure a positive experience Utilize your strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide patients with the information they need Collaborate with other team members to ensure that patients receive seamless and comprehensive support Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills, and to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment Strong computer skills, including experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications A passion for helping others, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends, and to maintain a high level of energy and focus in a remote work environment A verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Six months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions Experience working in a high-volume call center environment What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees, and to providing them with a comprehensive range of benefits and perks.
