**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Processing and Production Support**

As a key member of our team, the Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Processing and Production Support will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order processing, production support, and customer satisfaction. **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing production orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Process customer orders generated by account managers, ensuring accurate and efficient order entry and scheduling * Verify and check orders over $5000 for accuracy, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality standards * Document and arrange all releases from inventory, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery * File tickets for all completed jobs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace * Develop a thorough understanding of production capabilities and products produced by arenaflex, ensuring accurate order processing and production support * Evaluate and verify purchase order correspondence with quotations, verifying with account managers when questions arise to maintain a smooth workflow * Prepare materials for return to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery * Document Haz-Mat orders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Order marketing materials, maintaining a well-stocked inventory and ensuring timely delivery * Manage internal forms, including custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, invoices, and other essential documents * Manage FSI and FSC records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records * Fill in for account managers and assume AM responsibilities when account managers are absent, including checking emails and voice mails and making relevant decisions that may impact the AM's business * Assist the estimating department as needed, providing support and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of estimates * Perform additional tasks and duties as required and delegated by the Director of Sales * Work in compliance with arenaflex's safety policies and procedures at all times **Essential Qualifications:** * High school graduate or general education degree (GED) required * Associate's degree (two-year college or technical school) preferred * Bronze designation on ACT will be considered in lieu of high school equivalency * 2+ years of experience in a customer service or production support role * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite * Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a manufacturing or production environment * Knowledge of production capabilities and products produced by arenaflex * Certification in customer service or production support * Experience with order processing and production support software **Skills and Competencies:** * Accuracy: Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly * Active Listening: Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others * Communication, Oral: Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word * Communication, Written: Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely * Detail Oriented: Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task * Financial Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain economic and accounting information, prepare and manage budgets, and make sound long-term investment decisions * Organized: Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task * Project Management: Ability to organize and direct a project to completion * Problem Solving: Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems * Safety Awareness: Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety * Time Management: Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines * Working Under Pressure: Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations **Work Environment:** * Manufacturing office; climate-controlled environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate: $14.00 - $18.58 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + 401(k) and 401(k) matching + Dental insurance + Disability insurance + Employee assistance program + Flexible spending account + Health insurance + Life insurance + Paid time off + Paid training + Tuition reimbursement + Vision insurance **Schedule:** * 8-hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday **Work Location:** * In-person work environment **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and production support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at arenaflex.
