Your primary responsibility will be to engage with investors, respond to their inquiries, and provide accurate information to ensure their votes are cast in the best interest of the company. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and make a real impact on the success of our clients. **Key Responsibilities** - Respond to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries from investors, providing accurate and timely information to ensure their votes are cast in the best interest of the company. - Engage with investors, listening to their concerns, and addressing their questions in a professional and empathetic manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies that meet the needs of our clients and their shareholders. - Utilize your excellent communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that investors understand the importance of their vote. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. - Work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals, providing support and guidance as needed. **Essential Qualifications** - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - At least 6 months of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field. - Excellent speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with investors. - Strong grammar and English language skills, with the ability to read and correct errors. - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience working in a call center or customer service environment. - Familiarity with shareholder communications and proxy voting processes. - Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. **Equipment Requirements** - A current MacBook or Windows (10 or 11) computer, with a stable internet connection. - A USB headset, with a clear and crisp sound quality. - Dual monitors, although not required, will be beneficial in managing multiple tasks and windows. - Ability to come off mute when called on, participate in chat, and complete tasks as requested. - Internet speed of at least 50 download/10 upload. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere outside of California, with a stable internet connection.
