Visit us at arenaflex.net and discover how we're revolutionizing the world of digital media. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple channels simultaneously, including digital (chat, SMS, and email) and telephone channels. Your primary focus will be on customer retention, preventing members from canceling their subscription through value-driven conversations and offers.
