**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Medical Patient Advocacy & Support**

As a key member of our customer service department, you will work directly with medical professionals and physicians to facilitate patient care, advocate for chronic patients, and provide outcome-based solutions for our physician referral sources and existing patient population. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: • Providing outcome-based solutions for our physician referral sources and existing patient population, ensuring that every patient receives the best possible care and attention. • Submitting new orders and monitoring their completion, from initiation to setup, working closely with the clinical, sales, and service departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes. • Preparing and analyzing the billing and setup paperwork for patient services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations. • Working closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization, demonstrating empathy and a patient-centric approach. • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting patient information and analyzing customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions. • Actively participating in the training of new customer service and sales personnel, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure a smooth onboarding process. **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you will need: • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) • Proven work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry • The ability to learn and apply market and product information, as well as patient billing and insurance requirements, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt • Multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Computer and technological literacy, with proficiency in software applications and systems • A positive and professional personal image, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Physical Demands:** This role requires occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 25 pounds, ensuring that you are physically able to perform the duties of the job. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and innovation.
