These behaviors empower our colleagues to feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference in the lives of our customers. **Position Summary** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the support they need to navigate their benefits and services. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and be able to communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues. **Responsibilities** * Answering in-coming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc. * Providing accurate and timely information to our customers, resolving their issues, and escalating complex cases to our team leaders as needed * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals * Collaborating with our team leaders and colleagues to resolve complex cases and improve our processes and procedures * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as to improve our customer service skills **Requirements** * Must live within 50 miles of Princeton, NJ * High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (use of Wi-Fi is not permitted) * Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form * Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals * Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with working remotely in a call center setting * Experienced with Medicaid and Medicare * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls and a focus on meeting performance standards **Training and Development** * Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, including: + Comprehensive training on our products and services + Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you improve your customer service skills + Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company **Compensation and Benefits** * The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour * In addition to your compensation, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: + Medical, dental, and vision benefits + 401(k) retirement savings plan + Employee Stock Purchase Plan + Fully-paid term life insurance plan + Short-term and long-term disability benefits + Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay + Paid holidays throughout the calendar year **Work Environment and Culture** * As a remote customer service representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the support of our team and the resources you need to succeed. * Our company culture is built on our Heart At Work Behaviors™, which empower our colleagues to feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference in the lives of our customers. * We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and strive to create a workplace that is welcoming and inclusive for all. **How to Apply** If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
