Key Responsibilities: Live Chat and Phone Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Customer Engagement: Make outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes, building strong relationships with our customers and promoting our products and services. Quality Checks: Call customers from the prior day to conduct quality checks and ensure their satisfaction with our services. Maintenance Scheduling: Contact maintenance customers to schedule visits and provide them with exceptional service. Promotions and Upselling: Call customers on our list to offer promotions and upsell our products and services. Review Follow-up: Follow up on customer reviews, both positive and negative, to gather feedback and provide solutions. General Inbound Customer Service: Handle general inbound customer service inquiries, providing solutions and answering questions. Essential Qualifications: Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote setting. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Team Player: A team-oriented and collaborative individual, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Clear Background Check and Drug Screen: A clear background check and drug screen are required for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Live Chat Software: Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Sales and Upselling Experience: Previous experience in sales and upselling, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Certifications and Training: Relevant certifications, such as customer service or sales certifications, are a plus.
